About Me
My Story
I am an experienced and qualified Skin and Massage Therapist, passionately incorporating Chakra Balancing, Sound Healing and Mindfulness into my treatments.
I focus on the 7 main Chakras, or 'wheels', which run from the base of the spine and up to the crown of the head and correlate with different areas of the Peripheral Nervous System. I use the vibrational energy of sound and/or Crystals to bring them into alignment and open them up. As part of my work and philosophy, I strive to connect with and relax my clients, empowering them to live more conscious and healthier lives, which I believe can be achieved through a balancing of the Mind, Body & Soul through the power of touch (Massage), smell (Aromatherapy), and sound (Tibetan Bowls). Often, a casual 5 minute conversation helps me establish which Chakras need to be worked with.
